Rachelle Moyal
Rachelle has obtained a Master of Social Work degree from the Wurzweiler School of Social Work at Yeshiva University. Rachelle also holds a Bachelor of Social Work Degree from Ryerson University. She is a registered social worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW). Most recently, she completed her Master of Social Work practicum at Jewish Family and Child Services (JF&Cs), where her role consisted of working with children and families in counselling, intake, and poverty reduction. Since then, she has worked as a private counselor supporting the well-being of children, adolescents and families.
Rachelle holds a strong background in supporting children, youth, and adults in the school, group, community and clinical setting. She has helped clients navigate through their experiences with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, grief and trauma. Additionally, she holds experience working with adults with developmental disabilities, autism, and learning disabilities and has conducted group and individual therapy practices. Rachelle developed this passion for helping others when she began working as a camp counsellor as a young teen.
Passionate about fostering growth and resiliency in each of her clients, Rachelle is motivated to support children and youth to maximize their mental, social and emotional well-being. Rachelle hopes that throughout her career she can empower those around her and support then through a multidisciplinary approach. Rachelle will do this by working through a strength-based and integrative approach, by implementing sessions mapping and drawing on many therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Play Therapy, Art Therapy and mindfulness.
Overall, Rachelle is committed to building and maintaining strong rapport with her clients and strongly values the importance of trust and creating a healthy, safe and open environment.

Yael Newman RTCMP, RAC, Acupuncturist Lic.#2481
Yael Newman is a graduate of the Acupuncture Program at the Michener Institute of Education at UHN in Toronto. She holds a degree from Charles Sturt University in Health Sciences and Complementary Healthcare. She also has further specialized training in cosmetic and facial acupuncture and pregnancy, labour and delivery. She has done internship at the Wasser Pain Management Centre at Mount Sinai Hospital and St. John’s Rehab at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre. She has been a speaker at the pharmacology grand rounds at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre and the Arts and Letters Club of Toronto. She has also guest lectured at The Michener Institute of Education at UHN for many years.
